Super Low Concentration Inclined Wire Former

Super low consistency inclined wire forming system includes specific headbox and inclined wire section.

Headbox is fixed on the inclined wire and the forming wire is a part of headbox. The slice lip can be adjusted. Slice lip covers part of forming zone. There are lateral plates on both sides to ensure the height of pulp and to coordinate with pulp drainage speed. Thus it can control pulp speed in the whole forming zone to make pulp speed in the overall forming process equal to wire speed.

Similar to Fourdrinier section, inclined wire section consists of suction box、shower pipe, guide roller , stretch roll, leading roll and so on.

The slope of inclined wire section can adjust in the range of o~30°according to different pulp and paper grade to get the best sheet formation. One headbox can produce monolayer or multilayer paper.  

Profile basis weight regulating can be conducted by adding diluted water or altering vacuum in the horizontal districts of suction box.
